An Indian spicy curry spice paste that should not be consumed unprocessed. Ideal in combination with beef, lamb or chicken. Preparation: Fry approx. 500g of meat and mix with the curry paste, then let the whole thing simmer for approx. 30 minutes and serve with rice.

Water, vegetable oil, coriander, cumin, 4% concentrated tomato paste, salt, corn flour, turmeric, 3% chili, acidulants: acetic acid, spices (contains MUSTARD), sugar, ground ginger, tamarind, garlic powder, acidulants: citric acid and lactic acid. DO NOT consume uncooked. Stir before use. Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, use within 6 months.
