In the group of spaghetti shapes we are right in the middle, with a thickness of 1.6 mm. This is pretty much exactly what we know as standard spaghetti in Germany. However, we will leave it up to your taste whether you like the thinner capellini or spaghettini or the thicker vermicelloni better. This pasta comes from Italy and is made from the best durum wheat semolina, but without eggs.
