The Italians have a variety of tagliatelle noodles, with a different width making the difference. Linguine, Lingue, Tagliolini Tagliatelle, Fettuccine etc. At 2 mm, the tagliolini are the narrowest ribbon noodles in our range, and they are available as straight noodles, as well as this article; the pasta nests. This pasta comes from Italy and is made from the best durum wheat semolina, but without eggs. They have a relatively short cooking time.
