Pasta made with egg always has a different bite than its counterpart without egg. In the group of ribbon pasta, Granoro not only offers the tagliatelle, but also these narrower (approx. 2mm) tagliolini with egg. Granoro only offers this type as a noodle nest. The pasta comes from Italy and is made from the best durum wheat semolina and eggs. They have a very short cooking time. Also available in individual 500g packages.
