Granoro Tagliolini with egg, 2 mm, ribbon pasta nests, No.119

Pasta made with eggs always has a different bite than its egg-free counterpart. In the tagliatelle group, Granoro not only offers tagliatelle, but also these narrower (approx. 2 mm) tagliolini with egg. However, Granoro only offers this type as a noodle nest. The pasta comes from Italy and is made from the best durum wheat semolina and eggs. They have a very short cooking time.
