In our group of ribbon pastas, tagliatelle are almost exactly in the middle. With a width of approximately 5 mm, they have become one of the standard Italian pasta shapes. They are suitable for almost all types of sauces. Tie the nest together with string before cooking and then serve it in its original form. This pasta comes from Italy and is made from the finest durum wheat semolina, but without eggs. Also available in individual 500g packages.
