



Granoro Rigatoni / Elicoidali, short tubes, No.23
Elicoidali are tubes approximately 1 cm in diameter and 3-4 cm long, which other manufacturers also sell as rigatoni. Elicoidali have straight ends and a ridged texture. They are suitable for dishes where the sauce has a rather coarse texture. This pasta originates from Italy and is made from the finest durum wheat semolina, but without eggs. Cooking time is between 6 and 10 minutes.
