Fettuccine refers to a particularly wide ribbon noodle that, at 8 mm wide, is 3 mm wider than tagliatelle. This pasta comes from Italy and is made from the best durum wheat semolina, but without eggs. The cooking time is between 6 and 10 minutes. Ideal with all pasta sauces.
