What we know as spaghetti in Germany is available in a wide variety of thicknesses in Italy. Capellini are the thinnest pasta of this type with a diameter of less than 1 mm. They are also called angel hair. This pasta comes from Italy and is made from the best durum wheat semolina, but without eggs. Also available in individual 500g packets!
