seasoning paste. 90% achiote seeds, iodized table salt, spice mixture (cumin, oregano, bay leaf, clove, garlic powder, pepper, onion powder), spirit vinegar, acidulant: citric acid, preservative: E202. Preparation instructions: Mix achiote with orange juice or vinegar in equal parts (50 g achiote + 50 g orange juice for 500g meat). Rub the meat, let it soak for about 2 hours, then braise, fry or grill. Store in a cool and dry place.
