De Cecco Spaghetti No.12
The famous spaghetti shape originates from southern Italy, primarily from the cities where pasta production was concentrated: Naples, Genoa, and Liguria. Spaghetti has a typical elongated, round shape and a diameter between 1.92 mm and 2.00 mm. Spaghetti can be served hot or cold, and virtually any sauce is suitable: tomato sauces with vegetables or herbs, fish or seafood sauces, and of course, sauces with soft cheese and cream. Since 1887, the De Cecco company has produced pasta exclusively from the finest durum wheat varieties. Today, the De Cecco brand is synonymous with quality in the semolina pasta industry, and De Cecco is a corporation with a turnover of over 360 billion euros.
