Manouri PGI, Greek cheese made from sheep`s and goat`s milk, Nikzas

Feta`s little brother. Made from whey with the addition of sheep`s and goat`s cream. Very delicate acidity, purely milky, creamy. A true all-rounder in both hot and cold dishes. Coated with panko or sesame seeds, simply fry in a pan. Add a drizzle of honey. Delicious!
