The intensely fruity oil from the Coratina vineyard is harvested in mid-November. Multiple award winner: Gourmet Olio Award 2026, 2nd place (intensely fruity) and 2025, 1st place (medium fruity); Stiftung Warentest, 1st place (recommended olive oils). Harmonious oil. Excellent flavoring oil. Nose: green almond, artichoke, and herbs like mint. Taste: almond with a subtle bitterness and peppery finish. Suitable as a flavoring oil for grilled dishes, bitter salads, hearty soups and stews, and mature cheeses.
