Gegenbauer Raspberry Seed Oil

Pure aroma! Extracted from the fruit seeds - the raspberry kernels - this oil with reddish reflections offers a delicate raspberry flavor. It adds the perfect finishing touch to prepared dishes, such as carpaccio with raspberry vinegar. To extract the oil, the kernels are gently separated from the pulp, dried, and then cold-pressed. This process preserves the specific aromas. At the Vienna Oil Mill, approximately 850 kg of raspberries are needed to produce 1 liter of this high-quality oil. The raspberry kernel oil is bottled completely natural and unfiltered, as valuable aromatic compounds are also found in the sediment. The highly aromatic kernel oil is easy to dispense from the dropper bottle.
