Sudachi citrus fruit juice, 100%, Japan
In Japan, sudachi is almost as popular as yuzu. In fact, this citrus fruit, a specialty of Tokushima Province, is a cross between yuzu and tachibana oranges. More acidic and less sweet than a yuzu, but more aromatic and fresher in taste than conventional limes, this specialty is often used for ponzu. A classic of Japanese cuisine: Grilled matsutake mushrooms (similar to our porcini mushrooms) enhanced with a few drops of sudachi. Enjoy it on its own with grilled fish, poultry, or vegetables. It`s also great for marinades, dressings, cocktails, and even desserts. This quality is free of preservatives and artificial flavors. A very intense, 100% pure juice.
