Clear, straightforward, perfectly dry fruit, slightly smoky, nutty, vegetal, and tobacco aromas, delicate texture, fine acidity, a certain persistence, a touch of freshness on the palate, not overly profound but carefully crafted, chalky-salty notes, a hint of woodruff, and a good to very good finish.
