Cheese made from cow`s milk. The rind and cheese body are treated with Barolo wine. Matured for at least 4 months, then refined for a further 2 months with grape pomace and Barolo wine. Smooth texture, full-bodied and robust with a delicate wine note. The rind is covered with Barolo grape pomace.
