Peach Brandy Sour: peach and brandy for a velvety finish. Preparation: 11 cl, shake the bottle well beforehand! Chilled cocktail glass. 1. Add ice cubes to the shaker (plus optionally 3 cl egg white) and shake for 10 seconds. 2. Double strain (through the strainer on the shaker and a fine strainer on the glass) into the ice-filled tumbler (one strainer also works). 3. Squeeze lemon zest and add as a garnish.
