Whiskey Sour: a creamy whiskey drink with a fresh citrus note. Preparation: 11 cl, shake the bottle well beforehand! Serve in a tumbler. 1. Put ice cubes in the shaker and optionally add 3 cl of egg white and shake for 10 seconds. 2. Double strain (through the strainer on the shaker and a fine sieve on the glass) into the tumbler filled with ice cubes. (It also works with just one strainer). 3. Squeeze orange zest and add it as a garnish.
