The calcareous marl soils around Deidesheim lend this Chardonnay its fine structure and racy, cool style. In the glass, it displays a bright golden yellow with fresh reflections. The nose unfolds aromas of pear, yellow apple, and citrus, accompanied by subtle nuances reminiscent of chalk and smoke. The fine structure with well-integrated acidity ensures vibrancy, while a discreet creaminess gives the wine substance and length. A more than ambitious entry-level wine.
