The calcareous marl in the subsoil provides ideal conditions for finely structured and elegant wines. In the glass, the Pinot Noir displays power and precision without appearing opulent. Its subtle minerality lends it tension and length, while the cool fruit reflects the typical character of the Haardt vineyards. Aged 80% in used and 20% in new barriques.
