Ingredients
Vegan alternative to flank steak made with plant-based protein, beef-type, frozen. Ingredients: Water, 30% plant-based protein (SOY, WHEAT), refined rapeseed oil, WHEAT starch, natural flavorings (contain MUSTARD), dietary fiber (inulin), salt, BARLEY MALT, colorings: beetroot red, caramel; maltodextrin, vitamin B12. The steak must be cooked thoroughly before consumption until an internal temperature of at least 72°C (162°F) is reached. Preparation instructions: To serve, slice the steak along the grain. Remove from the freezer 8 hours before cooking and thaw in the refrigerator. Use thawed products within 48 hours. Pan-frying: Heat a small amount of oil over medium-high heat. Place the flank steak in a non-stick pan and sear for 3 minutes on each side (12 minutes total). Season with salt and pepper. Grilling: Preheat a grill to high heat. Oil the grill grate well. Grill the flank steak for 8 minutes, turning several times. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and ground pepper before serving. In an air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Lightly brush the steak with 2 tablespoons of oil and cook in the fryer basket for 6 minutes, turning halfway through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F) or cooler. Do not refreeze once thawed.
