This white wine follows a minimal-intervention concept and is naturally cloudy due to bottle fermentation. The wine was intentionally left unclarified - its color is a citrus yellow with delicate green reflections. The aromas are reminiscent of wines produced many years ago in the Vinho Verde region, with yeasty notes and hints of citrus, peach, and herbs. On the palate, you`ll notice the excellent acidity, fine bubbles that add vibrancy, and saline notes on the finish.
