Graham`s LBV 2019 Late Bottled Vintage, Sweet Port Wine, 20% vol.

Late Bottled Vintage (LBV) is made from grapes of a single vintage, but it is not a Vintage Port in the strictest sense. LBV matures for 4-6 years in wooden casks before being bottled at drinking age. It presents itself in the glass with a deep, muted red color, great intensity, and full of red and jammy-black fruit aromas with a hint of peppery spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and robust, with concentrated wild berry flavors and nuances of dark chocolate, yet balanced with well-structured tannins and a long, solid finish. Wonderful with chocolate desserts and hard cheeses, such as aged Cheddar or soft goat cheese.
