Ingredients: Water, 21% mycoprotein, flour (WHEAT, corn, flaxseed), rapeseed oil, starch (WHEAT, pea, potato), 8% plant proteins (WHEAT, potato), natural flavorings, semolina, spices, spirit vinegar, yeast, salt, vitamin B12. Heat thoroughly before eating. Recommended preparation: Deep fryer: Preheat to 170°C and fry the frozen schnitzels for 3 minutes. Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C (convection), place the frozen schnitzels on a baking sheet and bake in the center of the oven for 14 minutes. Turn halfway through. Pan frying: Thaw the schnitzels completely at 5°C and immediately fry in a hot pan with 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat for 3 minutes per side.
