2024 Gruner Veltliner Poysdorf DAC, dry, 12% vol., Ebner - Ebenauer, organic
AT - BIO - 402 Fruit and elegance are paramount in this wine. After a short maceration period (5 hours), the grapes are pressed and fermentation is initiated with selected yeasts. Following 3 months of contact with the fine lees, the wine is filtered and stored in stainless steel tanks until bottling. A pure Gruner Veltliner from the Weinviertel region, delicate spice combined with cool aromas of pears. On the palate, juicy apple fruit, white pepper, subtle mineral notes, and a crisp interplay of fruit and acidity.
