2024 Rosa Kalk Rose Wine QW, 11.5% vol., Ebner - Ebenauer, Organic

AT - BIO - 402 This wine is made from 50% Zweigelt and 50% Merlot grapes, which are harvested and selected separately by hand in the vineyard. Both grapes are pressed during fermentation and then finished in used 500-liter oak barrels. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes a six-month batonnage period. A charismatic wine, captivating and age-worthy, with great tension and vibrant fruit, a juicy, velvety body, a creamy yet very fresh texture, and a fine minerality.
