AT - BIO - 402 The biodynamic grapes from the Claus Preisinger winery come from several vineyard sites, which in different sections are both stony/gravelly and calcareous. This gives the grapes an incredible diversity of aromas, which also explains the name `Limestone and Pebble.` A hint of dried fruit, ripe pear, a mineral touch, and delicate notes of meadow herbs and walnut. Firm, saline, ripe yellow apple notes, a delicate sherry note on the finish, persistent, with a saline aftertaste. Bottled unfiltered and without added sulfites.
