2024 Pinot Gris, dry, 12% vol., Donnhoff
A characterful, robust Pinot Gris. It is dry but not harsh, powerful but not heavy. Aging in large wooden casks gives it its character without compromising the delicate aroma of the grapes. Fermentation and approximately four months of maturation in classic, large German oak barrels.
