DE - OKO - 039 The Pinot Blanc from the limestone is a wonderfully floral, fruity, elegant, and delicate wine. Its grapes grow on the plateau above the Red Slope. With increasing distance from the Rhine, the climate and soil composition of the plateau change. It becomes cooler, and the red clay slate gives way to weathered limestone.
