2020 Blanc de Noir nature sparkling wine, brut, 11.5% vol., Gunderloch
The Pinot Noir grapes for this wonderful sparkling wine grow on the Engelsberg vineyard in Nackenheim. The base wine is aged in used barriques. This is followed by traditional bottle fermentation and 32 months of lees aging. After disgorgement, no dosage or sulfur is added.
