2024 Auxerrois estate wine, dry, 11.5% vol., Kranz, organic

The Auxerrois grapes at the Kranz winery grow partly at the foot of the Furstenweg trail and partly on a south-facing plateau of the Kalmit mountain, with soils that are in some areas very calcareous. It offers delicately spicy, clear fruit, medium acidity, juicy and inviting fruit, bright stone fruit aromas, and a smooth, creamy texture. An ideal partner for fish and asparagus.
