2024 Pinot Blanc QW, dry, 13% vol., Tina Pfaffmann

A nutty and authentic Burgundy with lively acidity and a delicate, full-bodied aroma. Its incredible creaminess clearly reveals the vibrancy of the limestone soil; an uncomplicated wine produced through spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It took its time, as any strong character needs. A crisp wine that pairs well with Asian cuisine and lightly spiced fish and meat dishes.
