Breaded food made from mycoprotein and plant protein, pre-fried, frozen, and ready to eat. Ingredients: Water, 22% mycoprotein, flour (WHEAT, corn, flaxseed), rapeseed oil, starch (WHEAT, pea, potato), 8% plant proteins (WHEAT, potato), natural flavorings, WHEAT semolina, spices, spirit vinegar, yeast, salt, vitamin B12. Preparation: Deep fryer: Preheat to 170°C and fry the frozen burgers for 3 minutes. Commercial oven: Preheat oven to 180°C (convection), place the frozen burgers on a baking sheet and bake in the center of the oven for 14 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. Pan frying: Thaw the burgers completely at +5°C and immediately fry in a hot pan with 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat for 3 minutes per side. Keep frozen at a maximum of -18°C. Cook thoroughly before eating. Do not refreeze after thawing and consume on the same day. Made in Germany.
