2022 Cuvee 6670 Rose extra Brut sparkling wine, 11.5% vol., Andres

The Cuvee 6670 is inspired by the birth years of the second generation of the winery. It combines 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. The grapes for this sparkling wine are harvested gently by hand, as in Champagne, and placed directly on the press. At least 18 months of lees aging gives the sparkling wine its desired creaminess in addition to its vibrant acidity.
