DE - ORGANIC - 039. The grapes for this Pinot Noir come from vineyards in the calcareous villages of Ruppertsberg, Konigsbach, and Haardt. Even at the entry level, yields are reduced and the Pinot Noir grapes undergo extended skin contact. The Burgundian aromas are enhanced by aging in used barriques.
