2024 Pinot Gris QW, dry, 12.5% vol., F. Becker

Grown around Schweigen on both the German and Alsatian sides of the border, on limestone and sandstone soils. The vines are between 15 and 34 years old. Pale yellow with pink reflections. The aroma offers light red fruits, hints of ripe stone fruit, citrus, and grapefruit. On the palate, it is delicate, juicy, and easy-drinking with a fresh character and a long finish. A wonderfully lively acidity. The light pink color is due to the full ripeness of the pink Pinot Gris grapes.
