2021 Muskatgutedel unfiltered, dry, 12% vol., Ziereisen

Muskatgutedel is known in French under the synonym Chasselas-Muscat. In aroma and taste, the wine displays a delicate, subtle Muscat note combined with yellow fruit and harmonious acidity. The grapes for this wine were hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented without the addition of yeast. The wine then matured for 20 months in 600-liter Assmann wooden casks and was bottled without fining or filtration.
