2022/2024 Gewurztraminer, off-dry, 12% vol., Ziereisen

This wine is a blend of two vintages of Gewurztraminer, ensuring perfect balance. Hand-picked grapes of this ancient variety were pressed after several days of maceration. The must was spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. A mineral wine with subtle rose aromas.
