Instant vanilla flan powder. Sugar, starch, whole egg powder (barn-laid), gelling agents: carrageenan, locust bean gum; ground vanilla beans, colorings: carotenes, riboflavins; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lactose, flavoring. Heat three liters of milk to 100°C. Stir in 450g of powder and continue cooking for one minute. Pour into the desired molds. Store at 5°C for two hours before serving. Store in a cool, dry place between +12°C and +20°C, away from sunlight.
