Opera, a dessert made of sponge cake soaked in coffee syrup, coffee buttercream, chocolate ganache and cocoa glaze, deep-frozen. 22.8% sponge cake (eggs, sugar, wheat flour, water, ground almonds, pea flour, raising agents: diphosphate, sodium carbonate (contains wheat starch), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, potato starch, milk protein), water, sugar, butter, glaze (water, glucose syrup, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid), cream, 7.3% dark chocolate couverture (58% cocoa) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin), egg white, 3.1% dark chocolate couverture (72% cocoa) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), 1.5% coffee extract (coffee, water, sugar), 1.3% coffee, glucose Syrup, cocoa powder, beef gelatin, gelling agent: pectin, firming agents: diphosphate, calcium phosphate). Store at -18°C. Remove plastic film and thaw for 3 hours at +4°C. Once thawed, store for a maximum of 48 hours at 0°C to +4°C. Do not refreeze thawed product.
