Ingredients
Dessert based on a creme brulee preparation and an almond financier, deep-frozen. 61.1% cream, 12.7% sugar, egg yolk, ground almonds, glaze (water, glucose syrup, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid), whole egg, butter, sunflower oil, potato starch, 0.1% natural vanilla flavoring, cassava starch, fleur de sel from Guerande, 0.03% exhausted vanilla powder, 0.008% exhausted vanilla seeds. 20 pieces of 90g each, Ø 6.9cm (+/- 0.1cm). Usage: Remove plastic packaging and thaw for 3 hours at +4°C. Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed, store between 0°C and +4°C for a maximum of 72 hours. A thawed product should never be refrozen.
