Genen - Soy sauce, Shoyu, reduced salt, Fueki, Japan
A low-salt shoyu that impresses with its umami flavor. Even the aroma upon opening the bottle is enough to whet the appetite. One of the first low-salt shoyu brewed in wooden barrels (kioke), it is made entirely naturally from the finest ingredients and has been a favorite in Japan for decades. Suitable not only as a dipping shoyu but also for cooking. With a salt content of 8.6%, this shoyu has 50% less salt than Fueki`s standard shoyu.
