2023 Prosecco Millesimato Rose sparkling wine DOC, brut, 11% vol., Iris Vigneti

Made from 90% Glera - the new name for the Prosecco grape - and 10% Pinot Noir. Since 2021, Prosecco has also been available as a rose, but always as a sparkling wine (Spumante) and with at least 85% Glera; the remainder is Pinot Noir. Light notes of citrus and red berries, floral and slightly yeasty. Juicy - sweet fruit, hints of cherry with fine bubbles and a beautiful finish on the palate.
