Pasta mista, durum wheat semolina pasta, Rummo

This mixture originated from leftover pasta of various shapes found in southern Italian households. They were simply used together, preferably in stews and soups with plenty of vegetables and legumes. A classic dish from southern Italy is Pasta e Patate. It`s a stimulating sensation to experience the many different types of pasta.
