Powder mix for making waffles. WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, vegetable oil (palm), SKIMMED MILK POWDER, WHOLE EGG POWDER, dried glucose syrup, starch, EGG WHITE POWDER, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; emulsifiers: E475, E471; MILK PROTEIN, thickener: guar gum, salt, malt flour (WHEAT), flavoring, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid, enzymes (WHEAT). Preparation: Mix 1 kg of waffle mix and 500 ml of water with a mixer until a smooth batter forms. Baking time approx. 1-2 minutes at approx. 200 °C, depending on the thickness and desired browning of the waffle. Store in a cool, dry place.
