DE-OKO-001 A mixture of the varieties Oberkulmer Rotkorn (selection of Swiss landrace) and Ostro (crossing Oberkulmer Rotkorn with Steiner`s Roter Tiroler). Spelled is one of the oldest cultivated plants with excellent nutritional values and original taste. It is often prepared as a side dish or in stews and can be compared to rice in terms of use. When mixed with durum wheat, spelled is an ideal base for baking bread.
