Spinach powder is a purely natural coloring agent that is almost tasteless. It is ideal for colorful homemade pasta such as tagliatelle, spaghetti or tortellini. You can also use it to color other doughs for cakes, cookies, bread and savory pastries. Use about 4 teaspoons of spinach powder for 1 kg of dough.
