Savory vegan pieces/cubes made from mycoprotein (protein from fungi), frozen. 93% mycoprotein, rapeseed protein, natural flavoring, potato protein, mushroom extract (maltodextrin, mushroom extract). Rapeseed protein may cause allergic reactions in consumers allergic to mustard and mustard products. In rare cases, allergic reactions to Quorn products containing mycoprotein have been reported. Mycoprotein is produced from a fungal/mold culture and, due to its protein and fiber content, may cause intolerance in some people. Preparation: Preheat oven to 200°C. Brush with oil. Cook for 12 minutes. Ensure the product reaches an internal temperature of 82°C. Store in the freezer at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once thawed.
