Since 1963, the sturgeon have been raised in Loja, Granada, in crystal-clear spring water flowing directly from the mountains. The fish are given ample time to grow stress-free and are fed a completely organic diet. The entire process is sustainable and certified organic, from breeding to the finished tin. Only pure sturgeon roe with salt is used.
